Frances, nanny - TS24 Hartlepool

Hi, my name is Frances Mary I am 19 years of age, I have currently just qualified a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education and keen to gain employment. I am an enthusiastic person who is always willing to learn new skills and experiences. I see myself as a polite, friendly individual that is sociably confident when talking to new people. I am well organised and have a great love for working with children. I find that working with children it is important to be patient, clam and caring, personally I think these are all trades that I have. I am highly motivated as a person and always want to try my best at everything.

I have 750 hours of volunteery work at four different childcare setting which have provided me the opportunity to work with and alongside professional EYPs. I have an educational and caring experience with children aged 0-7 years and children with complex needs. I gained a knowledge of helpful learning strategies such as phonics, dough disco and squiggle while you wiggle which I plan to implement in my own practice now qualified.

All my placements I gained an active role and responsibility as an EYP. I followed and supported the children with routines such as; toilet training, meal preparation, sleeping routines, brushing teeth and personal hygiene.

During my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, I have younger nieces and nephews which I enjoy taking to the park and having fun together. I also have a dog which I enjoy taking for walks along the beach.
