Caitlin, nanny in Urmston M41

I am a passionate, friendly and hard working individual. I have experience in different age groups and settings, I have worked in a school nursery, private nursery, reception class and year 2. I am used to looking after numerous children at one time in a professional capacity. I have gained many skills over my years of experience, I am confident with my communication skills and have excellent listening skills. I am organised, patient, well motivated and very encouraging. I am very time efficient and meet necessary deadlines. I have created different educational activities for children to enjoy and learn from. I try to incorporate the EYFS in activities I carry out with the children. I believe I have an excellent balance between fun and education. I have recently graduated from Manchester Metropolitan with a 2:1 in Early Years and Childhood Studies. This course allowed me to understand and recognise development milestones and how to further educate and encourage the children.
