I'm looking for a new nanny position to join immediately if needed. I am mature (57), calm, experienced, friendly, well educated
(English fluent), mother of two grown up daughters.
As a child carer, I am firm but loving with the kids. In an ideal situation, their parents and I form a team in terms of love, guidance and discipline, each bringing something unique to the situation. I am a happy, caring, energetic person who gets genuine joy from work with children. I am a non-smoker, well organized individual. My qualifications: First Aid Certificate, Child Protection Certificate, Mental Capacity Certificate, clean driving licence, CRB check.
I have experience in Sole-charge role, as well as mother's help work too. I make a great bond with children. We love doing arts and crafts together, messy outdoor play, cooking and playing games/sports as well as going to swimming.
We love dancing around to music , reading stories, doing homework and coloring together too.I am an accomplished cook and do a little catering on the side sometimes; during my work in childcare, I catered a staff party for the family and a couple of birthday parties. It doesn't interfere with my nanny duties, but it's something extra I can offer the family who brings me into their home.
