I am Kate , I love working with children of all ages and have experience of working in a nursery for 12 years of that time caring for children of 0-4. I have NVQ level 3 in childcare. From my experience you have to be at the heart of all individual children's needs and encourage their development in all areas of learning and have a good working relationship with the parents/carers.
