My Name is Sarah and I have been in childcare for 20 years, an area of work that I am passionate about. I have NVQ level 3 in early years care and education as well as Level 4 BTEC professional diploma in specialised play for sick children and young people. I currently work 3 days a week in Nottingham looking after a 3 and a half year old little boy and before this I worked full time looking after two boys for 11 years. I have had experience with children from newborn to 15 years old and particularly enjoy young children. I am married with a 5 year old daughter. I will not be expecting to bring my daughter to work with me. She will be at school and spend time with grandparents and her auntie while I work ensuring there is always cover for her. I am looking forward to new opportunities. I am an easy to get along with, friendly, conscientious, reliable and hardworking person who is honest and dependable. I enjoy arranging and taking part in activities with children and am self motivated. I am able to use own initiative to ensure the well being of children in my care and dedicated to maintaining high quality ethics, hygiene and safety. I believe effective communication is essential for a nanny to ensure children have the highest level of care. I am very family orientated and enjoy spending time with family and friends who are very important to me. I have a full driving licence and my own car as well as a first aid certificate.
