Zimmie ', nanny in West blatchington

Currently I am looking for a long-term nanny role. I have a range of experience over my 28 years working in childcare, caring for children aged birth-16, most recently caring for my own granddaughter and helping with the new generation of babies born during and since the pandemic. But also maternity nurse, nursery manager, nanny.
I am searching for my ideal role with a child under 2 so that I can utilise both my grandmother skills and over 10 years of maternity nursing experience and 28 years working within childcare field (plus the 2 before that when I began my own parenting journey) Unlike short term maternity roles, as a nanny I enjoy the pleasure of helping a child to grow, explore and learn about life, I like to form a bond with a child and be around to consistently promote a child’s development and wellbeing. While I am a child led nanny, I also do believe children need consistency in some things e.g. meal times and rest times. I am also a strong advocate for manners & healthy eating (Obviously allowing some treats!)
