My name is Caroline i am 49 , i am married with 2 grown up Daughters. I was a full time carer for 26 years to my disabled son who had profound complex needs. So a lot of love, care and attention was given, sadly our son passed away in 2014. At the moment i am caring for children and a young adult all of which have complex needs. The Child or Children that i would be looking after, it is irrelevent to me whether they have complex needs or not.
I am a caring, patient, happy, easy to get along with person. I would be respectfull of my clients needs and wishes.
To be able to encourage a child through play, to listen to them and to make sure they are safe is important.
