Based on the hourly rate for working in a private day nursery of £6.50 at the moment on a part time basis whilst still studying for a level 6 ba honours working with families degree and having specific training on the to do list, I.e. Paediatric first aid training , providing full-time care having gained a full level 6 degree in childcare and working with families, having up to date training using my own money to pay for courses, I.e. Paediatric first aid and being half way through CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) training and being available on an emergency basis, I raise the rate by a few pounds.
