Presentation

My Name is Lauren, I have over 1 years experience working in a private day nursery. I feel its time for a change and i can provide the children with the activities and next steps they may require. My daily tasks include: nappy changing, meal times, feeding back to parents, and setting up daily activities to suit the children's individual development.
I'm Kind and caring and always love a laugh with the children. I maintain good relationships with the children as it helps them feel comfortable. I enjoy being able to set out activities to help with their development, i do daily and weekly observations on the children to show their progress.
My main activities with children are things such as:arts and crafts, messy play such as shaving foam, angel delight play to help with their mark making skills. They have plenty of outdoor time, in which they can let off energy and enjoy outdoor obstacle courses and games. The children enjoy role play and dressing up as this can help with their experiences at home and communication.
