Lois, nanny in Yateley GU46

My name is Lois i'm 23 years old and have known that childcare was my calling from an early age. Ideally I am looking for full time work in the summer holidays, I'm incredibly flexible with times and days that I am needed and I am also happy to babysit in the evenings. My interest in childcare started from a young age when I used to babysit for my brother and sister and their friends, and as I got older I wanted to pursue this further. So I went to college and completed my childcare qualification and went straight into working in a nursery which I did for just under 3 years. During the 3 years I was promoted to room leader and given the responsibility of managing a team and dealing with any complaints. I have a caring nature with children and am naturally creative which I think is important with children as they learn they find all sorts of things fascinating and its good to encourage their minds.
I then went on to nanny for a family of 3 children twins that were ages 2.5 and a 10month old, one of the children has a disability which requires extra support and I was more than happy to do that. I loved the fact that you really begin to become part of the children and families life.
I then decided to travel around the world so I ended up working on cruise ships with children working long hours everyday. This taught me about diversity and the amount of cultures there are, I was often faced with disabilities which we managed in a way without making the child stand out. We were there to make sure the children had a really good holiday and that the parents had a relaxing time.
