Dear family,
I'm a kind, sociable 24 year old woman who is eagerly looking for a live in nanny position. I grew up in Thailand for 8 years so I'm very passionate about travelling and willing to relocate. I'm very artistic and love arts and crafts, as well as board games and fun outdoor activities! I've got good housekeeping experience and I'm a good cook. I've got two years paid experience working in private households, as well as babysitting experience and teaching English! Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions. I'm currently living at my family home in Devon and I'm looking for an immediate live-in position.
I'm originally from The Lake District in the United Kingdom, at the age of eleven my family and I relocated to Chiang Mai where I studied at Prem Tinsulanonda International School. Moving there at such a young age was such an amazing opportunity, I was able to experience a new culture and way of life. I strongly believe that the years I spent in Thailand have made me the woman I am today. My younger sister is adopted from Thailand and this was the reason our parents wanted to move there, to experience the culture.
I've been lucky enough to travel, as well as childcare this is another passion of mine. In 2014 I graduated from my International school and travelled back to England for University purposes. I studied a foundation course in Art and Design and then went to study a degree in Graphic Communication. I'm very creative, I love arts and crafts as well as sporty outdoor activities. I'm passionate about cooking and enjoy learning languages as well as teaching them!
During my time in Thailand I babysat for family friends, I enjoyed looking after children and doing fun activities, then for three consecutive summers I taught English at a language school in Chiang Mai where I taught Korean children, this was such an amazing experience and one of the reasons I'd love to continue my Au Pair work. In my previous Au Pair positions I taught the children about mannerisms, and how to respect their elders. I also did mini cooking and baking lessons which always turned out very fun! I'm currently studying an online TEFL course in my spare time so will be more than happy to help with homework and teaching English if needed.
