Hi, I'm Shannon, I come from a large family and have looked after my younger brothers and sisters, most of the time on a daily basis, I've babysitted for friends, or friends of a family member, I've also looked after my younger cousins, nieces, nephews ECT, I'm 17 but turning 18 in August, I have a level 1, 2 and 3 pass / merit in childcare plus a diploma, studied childcare for 2 years in college. I've also got some experience with looking after special needs children as some of the children I've looked after have some sort of needs and also my cousin has special needs so I'd say I'm a bit more lenient with them than I am with other children, but I do have good coping skills with children as I've looked after 7-10 children at a time.
