I am a keen and hardworking individual who has good communication and listening skills. I work well alongside others and can provide excellent customer service in a polite, friendly and helpful manner. I am well organised, self-motivated and enthusiastic whether working alone or as part of a team. Punctual, reliable and hardworking I can be relied upon to be positive and respectful at all times.

EXPERIENCE
• Carer for ill mother giving her personal support such as helping her out of bed, preparing her meals and emotionally supporting her through her divorce.
• Childcare for younger sibling changing her and bathing her, preparing her meals taking her to school, putting her to sleep.
• Carer for auntie with mental health problems who had recently come out of Linfield mount and needed emotional support, I had supported her emotionally by talking to her about her issues and helped her boost her self esteem and become more independent
•Golden Finances- My job role included receiving high levels of calls talking to different people with difficult financial situations everyday, the clients had to meet a certain criteria for me to put them through to the next stage.
I helped people with the financial difficulties they were facing at the time.
This job also included being patient when the client was having a break down because of what they are facing, I also had to be empathetic towards them due to there situation at the same time ask all the questions I was required to ask to put them through to the next stage. It helped me build my stress tolerance levels because the client was being abusive or rude towards me.
