Hi there!
My name is Amai Johnston, and I am 17 years old. Despite my “young” age, I am a very responsible young adult and I am very confident in my skills as a babysitter.
I have been babysitting since the age of 13 years old, looking after children from the ages of Newborn up to the age of 11, throughout my years.
I am very good with young children, and can provide a fun, interactive and creative environment that is engaging and cognitively stimulating to help their development.
I am also very articulate and can help children with any homework, learning to spell, and how to pronounce words.
I am confident in my ability to handle more than one child, including a newborn, and can multi task without cracking under the pressure.
Always reliable, and on time, I can work from my own home, or if preferred the family home.
I am an accomplished cook, having had an interest in cooking for a majority of my life, and will cater to your children’s needs.
I am also very thorough, providing a stable routine for children such as bath and bed time routines, and discipline (which varies to the family’s preferred methods, however I do not condone smacking).
