I have worked in childcare for 7 years working with ages 6 weeks to 5 years old. I also have experience with twins. I planned and implemented activities, established and maintained good relationships with parents and children, i respected all staff and children, worked as a team, ensured the health and safety of children and colleagues, was responsible for the maintenance of high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. I am reliable and conscientious, have excellent communication skills, I am flexible and adaptable to change, have the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team and i am pleasant, friendly and out going. I have done trainings such as First Aid, Health & safety, Manual Handling, Infection control, Allergy awareness and Children protection.
I would make sure your children would have the chance to interact with other children because I think that's important so would go to playgroups, outings, activites ect.
