Laura, occasional childcare in Beeston

I am a 20 year old student from the West Midlands but currently living and studying in Nottingham. I am going into my final year of an English Degree and am in need of some work so that I can pay my rent over the summer period. After my degree, I am planning on becoming a teacher.

I grew up as the youngest of 7 children but am doting Auntie to 10 nieces and nephews, and have ample experience in looking after children between the ages of 0-10 years. I would have no qualms about cooking and cleaning while on a job, so long as I am provided with the nutritional and dietary requirements of the children in advance. As a straight A student through primary school and highschool, I would be able to help children with any homework that might need to be done and have tutored children in basic maths, english and science in the past. Due to my experience with my nieces and nephews, am relatively up-to-date on children's TV shows, movies and games. I am generally a very maternal person, even though I have no children of my own, and am often called upon to babysit for family and friends.

I am willing to provide babysitting services at any time of day, but would appreciate at least a few hours notice, as I cannot drive and would have to use public transport to get to work. I would also be willing to provide part-time care, where a child might need to be picked-up from school etc.
