Megane, occasional childcare in Cottingham

My name is Mégane and I'm 23 years old.
Indeed, I'm French and I'll live in Cottingham early October until late December. My partner was transferred to work in an Engineering company in Hull for 6 months. He started early July. In France, I'm a versatile nurse in a hospital for almost 2 years and i'm passionate about this profession.
During my studies, i worked in neonatal unit and pediatric emergencies.
For a while, I kept the children of my parents's friends.
I would like to help you with your children and also for the home, but only for three months, because i'm a nurse
and I work in France again in January...
I have basic knowledge of English and wish to improve quickly.
