Michaela, occasional childcare in Gosport PO12

First of let me tell you a little bit about me- I'm Michaela. Or Kayla, whatever you fancy! I'd like to consider myself a child at heart. (Just with the status of an adult!)

Imagination and adventure is something I love to advertise. Games and fun galore is a big part of my child care routine.

I have grown up in a large family, all I have ever known is being surrounded with children. I've always been considered a bit of a mother hen, and always the first one my family members turn to when they need a babysitter. (Or as I like to call it entertainer.)

The only experience I currently have is looking after family members. My nieces and nephew to be specific. For the last year or so (since I finished college) I have been looking after my 3 year old niece from 8am to 2pm and then my 1 year old nephew from 3pm to 5pm Monday to Friday. This in it's own has been a full time job so I haven't had the possibility of gaining a valid qualification in childcare.

However, with my niece starting pre-school and no longer needing to look after my nephew anymore. I am able to look into gaining a qualification. I have been looking into becoming ofsted certified, whilst participating in training courses and pediatric first aid.

Though for now I am looking for either part time or the occasional evening work. I am currently unable to drive- though I am in the process of remedying that so in the near future I will have a driving license which will help me travel further a field.
