I am a well motivated and hard-working individual , I am from the Czech Republic and moved to England in September 2010, my English skill is good and I am experienced in many fields of work. I am friendly, good at improvising and enjoy working with people, but also enjoy space to work alone, and have my own thoughts and ideas.

My Skills and Abilities:
• I am experienced in working with customers, so I know how to help them fast and politely.

• I am good with using my initiative, I can think on my feet and get good and quality results.

• I am bilingual, meaning should I encounter who struggles with English language, I can help them and allow them to leave a happy customer.
