Jennifer, occasional childcare in Stockport

I am a registered nurse, have worked in the community for over 20 years, caring for young and elderly vulnerable adults. I would like to change direction and it has always been a wish to work with children. I have no professional qualifications in childcare but a wealth of experience with my own two, and four grandchildren. As a nurse I am caring, kind, patient and professional. I am also honest and reliable. Some call me old school but I regard that as a compliment! I am able and willing to undertake courses in childcare and will be attending a paediatric first aid course as soon as possible. Needless to say I am trained in first aid as part of my job. I can supply first class character references and a DBS certificate if needed. I am available for babysitting and after school care and assisting with childminding, weekdays and weekends.
