My name is Amy Gray. I am a 19-year-old female, who is currently at
university doing a children’s nursing degree.
I am an adaptable and responsible undergraduate who is seeking a part time position to become more financially independent and grow professionally.
I have a practical approach to problem solving and drive to see things through
completion.
Due to the experiences within secondary school and in further education I can
work independently using my own initiative or work well within a team.
I am reliable, hardworking and an enthusiastic worker, who loves working with children and young people of all ages and their families.
My inspiration of working with children came from my three younger siblings
aged; 3, 6 and 15. Since I became the second oldest sister to the three of
them, I have always wanted to protect and care for them. The protection I felt
for all of them made me recognise how precious children are.
I have always felt that there was a duty of care to children who are vulnerable. Therefore, I am now on my children’s nursing course and I want to pursue a part-time/ weekend job in my spare time nannying or babysitting children for families who need extra help or childcare when they are out and
about or working.
