Hello my name is Jen and I'm a qualified level 3 teaching assistant. I currently work mornings at a primary school in year 1 and 2. I have always worked in education and with children. I thoroughly enjoy it and find it very rewarding. I have kind and friendly disposition, I engage well with children and understand their needs, development and interests.

I have over 10 years experience of working with children aged 2-11 years old and have also had some experience with babies up to 18 months old. This has been at a range of settings such as nurseries, primary schools and in families homes. The roles I've undertaken have involved being a midday supervisor, teaching assistant, nursery nurse, private tutor, nanny, mother's help and an after school care nanny.

As I am employed part-time at a primary school I frequently undergo training that is directly relevant to working with children therefore this enables my qualifications to remain up to date.

Explanation:

£10 per hour for nannying, this includes and/or after school care (homework help, use of my car for transportation, conducting stimulating indoor/outdoor activities, housekeeping, school pick up etc...). This price also reflects the level of experience and qualifications that I possess, such as I have a First Class BA Hons Degree in Children, Schools and Families, a Foundation degree graded distinction in Children, Young People and their Services, level 2 CACHE Certificate in Child Care and Education, level 3 Diploma in Child Care and Education, first aid certificate and a child protection certificate.

Babysitting is £5.50 an hour, e.g. evening babysitting where children are required to be put to bed.
