Elena, occasional childcare - NG2 West bridgford

Hi! I'm Elena, and I would love to help out your family by giving childcare that is fun, caring, and experienced. I would be happy to take on babysitting duties for evenings, weekends, and occasional events, and would also be happy to do school pickups and provide mother's help.
Growing up with five younger siblings means that I have been comfortable around children of all ages for my whole life, and I have plenty of common-sense wisdom when it comes to childcare. I started babysitting for family and friends-of-friends during my sixth form years, and continued during my degree and my last couple of years working, and am able to relate well to new people and gain their trust in order to form friendly, positive relationships. I am a people person, cheerful and enthusiastic as well as being patient compassionate, and firm. I also have a lively sense of humour, which is a must for looking after children!
When babysitting, I am well practiced in reading bedtime stories and singing lullabies! I am also accustomed to playing boardgames and doing arts-and-crafts, and helping with homework. I am also experienced in cooking simple meals (pasta, jacket potatoes, etc), and so would be happy to make dinner for your children if needed.
