Hannah, occasional childcare - PO12 Gosport

I'm a reliable, caring and experienced babysitter offering childcare in the family home across Gosport, Lee-on-the-Solent, Portsmouth and Fareham. I have experience caring for children of different ages and needs (including SEN). I understand how important it is for parents to feel confident leaving their children with someone they trust. I know trust is one of the most important parts of childcare, so I always aim to build strong, positive relationships with both parents and children.
My childcare background includes working as Play Worker in a breakfast and after-school club, where I supervised children, prepared food, supported routines, set up activities and helped create a safe, fun environment. For a short period of time I also worked in a nursery, supporting children with play, feeding, circle time and general care. In addition, I completed work experience in a Primary School across different age groups, including time in the inclusion unit and volunteered with Squirrels (scouts) for children aged 4-6.
I'm confident helping with meals, bedtime routines, nappies, homework, play, outings and keeping children engaged in age-appropriate activities. I'm friendly, patient, approachable and dependable and I always aim to provide a warm, safe and supportive environment where children feel comfortable and parents feel reassured. I hold an enhanced DBS and can provide references.
I currently offer ad hoc babysitting, evening, weekends, daytime, school holiday's and regular care where possible.
Rates:
Gosport- £10 per hour / £35 overnight
Lee-on-the-Solent- £12 per hour / £40 overnight
Portsmouth- £15 pe hour / £45 overnight
Fareham- £15 per hour / £45 overnight
