Nadia, occasional childcare - SE25 Norwood junction

Hi, I'm Nadia. I'm 17. I'm looking to look after children from any age from 3 years on. I can babysit at the weekends or in the evenings and definitely during half-term and summer holidays.

I am a very helpful person, I like to help as much as I can and will do more than is asked of me. I'm a good listener, I try to allow the person to express their views and opinions without interrupting them as I like to understand what a person is about. I'm keen on tending the needs of others, I'm really passionate about looking after people and do whatever I can to make people happy and feel comfortable. I'm good at playing with children, I try to see what the child is interested in by observing them and then playing along with them. I can make simple meals, I can tidy up after the child, I can help with homework, I'm good at playing hide and seek and playing with dolls, I'm up to date with the different animated films that there are for children, I can read books to children as I personally love books and can do things like colouring, I find that relaxing and do that in my spare time sometimes.

I've had experience of looking after my cousins whenever their parents have gone out and have looked after them sometimes overnight. I also have a younger brother so I'm used to looking after someone and making sure they are safe and fed.
