I have many years of experience in working with children of different ages and ethnic backgrounds as well as children with special needs. I consider myself responsible, friendly, fun, positive thinking and a good team player. In my previous experience I have been involved in the preparation and selection of teaching materials and activities for children, which accounted for children’s individual needs and learning curves. I am comfortable in working with individuals as well as with group. I could say that I am a good problem solver, especially when it comes to clearing up misunderstandings and sorting out misconceptions. I have always encouraged interaction among children as it promotes cooperation and trust and improves on their social skills but I have also encouraged independent thinking, which I believe plays a key role in building self-esteem and self-reliance. However, I have built such a relationship with the children that they knew they could always ask me for help when they needed.
