Georgina, occasional childcare - TQ6 Stoke fleming

My name is Georgina , i am a bubbly, excitable, happy young adult. I have always had a high interest in children, in my early teenage years I would help at Stoke Fleming Primary school with my Mother. This included my challenge week and 'go to work with your parent' for a week. I got to spend time with a variety of ages of children and was able to run different fun and learning filled activities. Since then I fell in love with children. I had to young children who lived next door to me; baby sitting them would be the highlight of my week. My duties included, cleaning, cooking, and helping with homework, creative activities, outside activities and bed time. I went to south Devon College and did a course on youth work. I ran a lot of activities and events for the learning opportunity groups, who are young adults with disabilities, which included a Christmas party, going to the zoo and a lot more excitable activities. I was able to become friends and learn more about who i was as well as who they were.
