I am a caring, kind, calm and consistent student, who is currently studying BA Hons Early Childhood Studies, which has given me in depth knowledge and experience to support/ look after the safety and well being of children.
I am looking to care for children between the age of 1-5 i have previous experience in children's settings as through work experience, also whilst baby sitting my own cousins etc.
I believe my qualities as a child carer are that i am friendly, patient, have a sense of humor, understand how important it is to listen the children first and show praise.
I have experience in doing school homework and projects with children, playing games and activities to help stimulate children's cognitive development and build confidence, such as for the younger children sing a longs with the nursery rhymes, identify noises etc, and for the slightly older children to do puzzles, encouraging building and constructive games.
