Karen, offer babysitting in Beaumont for the 24 October 2015

Hello and thanks for looking at this ad.
We are a family of 4, living in the countryside with two kids (Charlie 11 and Sophie 8), two dogs, cats, geese, rabbit etc etc!
What we're looking for is a number of people who can help out, adhoc in the term times with babysitting occasionally and get to know the kids....... and someone who can look after them 1 or 2 days a week - at our house in all the school holidays from 7.30am - 6pm.
You might be able to do both things - or you may just prefer one to the other.
You'll know how to entertain boys and girls and be aware that they like very different things - but also you'll know that if you don't keep them busy (particularly the boy) they will automatically go to the computer/ipad/tv etc! Of course we don't mind a bit of that - but (our) kids these days are on the verge of obsession!!!
You will have your own car and be very happy driving all over the place, taking them to their friends or collecting their friends to play at our house.
You will be part of the family and you'll know that without your help, we simply couldn't function and if you work hard, we will be eternally grateful!!
More than anything, you will be fun - you will have a great sense of humour and be kind - you will know how to be firm when it's needed and you will know that when you are looking after the kids, you are their 'boss' but also their friend. A bit like a big sister.
You'll be very happy to help us keep our house in order - not doing major cleaning but light cleaning, keeping things tidy, keeping all the kids' things in order. You'll enjoy cooking healthy food for the kids or cooking up a big casserole that we can have when we get back from work.
You'll love animals and nature - you'll be happy to walk our dogs with the kids (spaniel and a mini dachshund).
