I sometimes have courses to attend for work, sometimes there weekday evening's other time's there weekend day time. I will occasionaly be looking for a saturday night once a month. My children are 6 and 8 and have a good bedtime routine. on Weekdays bedtime is 8.30 latest on weekends 9pm when they go to bed they don't get back up.
