Suzette, offer childcare - AL1 St albans

I have 6 kids, 2 are home schooled, 1 is in school and 3 are Little’s. I want to have the time to give my big kids attention for school and know that the Little’s are getting the attention and love they deserve. I need someone who understands how to clean up after meals/play, helps get lunch going and takes the initiative in helping me with childcare, nap times, diapers etc etc…. Help me do pick ups and drop offs as necessary. I want someone whom actively engages with our kids and is sincerely interested in play and of course safety.
