My child is 3 years 6 Months and
has Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 1, is a very bright happy child who loves creative imaginary play . He is under receiving treatment for his condition and is thriving. SMA TYPE 1 Effects the entire body not the mind. Need someone who can help actively stimulate his mind. Child has highly severe complex medical needs that requires a home full of medical equipment, however Mother is always home all medical needs will be carried out by mother, will require someone willing to be trained to have a eye to look out for a medical emergency so mother can step in to take over. willing to be trained with a suction machine and Familiarise with medical equipment to assist mother in times of emergencies.

When possible Flexibility needed at last min - Child’s health condition makes each day different therefore need willingness to be flexible with timing, someone without young children as this increases the risk of virus and infection bought into the home...
