Jayde, offer childcare

I will be working some day shifts but mostly will be working night shifts so ideally it would be need a baby sitter to help with looking after the kids in the day if im on a day shift, however my 3 year old will be in nursery until 6pm s it will only be my 9 month old. if im working a night shift then the kids would already have been put to bed and sleep through the night so its just a case of being in the house looking after them until either I or my partner returns home from work. I can discuss in more detail over a phone call etc. The dates above are not exact dates, im wanting to find a regular babysitter so my kids feel comfortable around one individual regular. if you feel this is suitable for you, then please be in touch so I can discuss in more detail and then have a better understanding.
