We need a very experienced nanny able to look after our 2 children in certain occasions, plus spend an initial more frequent and intense time with us to give us some advice on how to better structure our home routine: we are both busy professionals, with no family close to us so it is very hard to plan the days and we are overall very tired and stressed, with the children being (particularly the youngest) quite hard work especially during meals and bedtime.
