Victoria, offer childcare in Stourport-on-severn

I am the proud mother of two beautiful 6month old twin boys. I live in Stourport on Severn with my partner Lucia. We have been here now for a year and are settling well. We are starting to get into a system with the boys but things still come along to try us. My partner occasionally needs to go away for work purposes. When the twins were 3months I was sent to the hospital with gallstones while my partner was stuck in Germany and we realised that in cases of emergency we need someone on standby to help with the twins. It could also help to have someone for a couple of hours two or three days a week.
In cases of emergency as mentioned above, we live too far away from family to have their help so we need a back up babysitter or nanny than can take care of the children In short notice. We would like to have one or two People like this so that we are aware of any holidays they may have so we do not get into an issue where no one is available for the boys. I would like to meet at least couple of people for this in the case that someone is not available. It's important that we get along and you get along well with the boys so would like the initial meeting at home for this.
