Dawn, offer part-time childcare in Airdrie for the 26 December 2016

i am due to start a new job in december. We are looking for potential childcare for our 3 children.
My partner works 4 on/4 off which includes 2 dayshifts/2 night shifts and my new job will consist of dayshift/backshift/nightshift rotational.
My partners shifts are set for the year in advance and mine will be 6 weeks in advance.
Most likely i will work 3 dayshifts and 1 backshift in a week but can vary on days.
We need someone most likely to cover my partners 2 dayshifts and the extra hours in between his nightshifts ending and my dayshifts starting.
We have twin boys who are due to attend nursery in caldercruix from 1-4pm weekdays as of December and our 5 year old daughter attends Dunrobin primary in airdrie.
Due to the nature of our shifts we require someone to mind the children around our shifts during the day which may vary every week but given in advance.
Collect/drop off nursery/school when required
Willing to negotiate a weekly rate of pay if easier than per need.
