I have twin 3 year old girls and need assistance with them on long term basis. My husband (the Dad) has dementia and requires some assistance with meals and general care etc in my absence. We are recruiting for a full-time and a part-time contract nannies to start immediately. We have a part time housekeeper. The full-time PA for 50 hrs/week maximum which will be substituted with a part-time PA to allow holiday cover.
