Darren, offer part-time childcare in Calne SN11

I'm a divorced dad of 2 with full custody and a full time job! Happy and fun but with sensible principals of how my children will be brought up and behave. Older daughter of 9 and son of 3.
I'm looking for childcare for the after school collection until I get home and I'm also after evening childminding/babysitting for two nights a week, so I can have a life too!
The after school pick up with care would be until I get home, either at my location or the carers and pick up from one location (dependant on location to a degree). Some additional days for teacher training etc. which could be full days.
Ideally Monday to Friday 14:45 collection from preschool and 15:00 from school (in the same location) until I get home/to carer after finishing work at 17:45 (I get home most nights around 18:20).
My daughter has mild aspergers so you will need to be aware of that but it's something I can cover as a topic.
Person will need to be strong willed to cover an active 3 year old and the aspergers plus the age difference with my older daughter.
Ideally someone who can also cover helping with meals so the kids are not hanging on for me to get home. I can arrange hot meals at school so that could be a cold tea.
