Will be as and when needed. My work is in shift patterns and changes between every other week. My shift patterns are 8 until 2 and 10 until 6. I will be working 3 week days one week and one week day and both Saturday and Sunday the other. My daughter (who is 5) goes to ballet in langport on a Tuesday from 5 until 5.30 so if I'm working will need to be taken to that. She is at school so needing a nanny in the mornings (when needed) and after school until I get home (when needed)
