Hello! Looking for a friendly reliable childminder to care for my 2yo daughter 3 days a week. She is visually impaired and speech delayed, also very feisty and loves a laugh! I am keen to find someone to work one to one with her or someone with only a few other kids as she may need extra support - happy to pay in excess of hourly rate.
