Seeking nanny / childminder / mother’s help - hornsey islington

Hello

We are a young couple in our early 30s and consider ourselves to be quite easy going parents. Our household is dedicated to family and we pretty much spend all our time together when not working. We love going on trips with our children and taking them on new experiences. I have been working part time (3 days a week) so have been able to have some amazing and all important bonding time with my kids.
My daughter will be 3 in September and my son is 18months.
I am the main carer for my children since my partner works 7:30-6pm.

I am about to start a new course at UCL university (in Euston) in September where I will be studying to become a primary school teacher. My hours at my new placement will be 7:30/8 to 6pm Mon-Fri.

Life is about to drastically change for the household with me going to study. I need someone who is naturally great at organising and who is up for the challenge! My children will be abit confused and out of sorts, so I will need someone who his capable of settling my children into this majorly new routine. I am seeking someone who is reliable, consistent and willing to stick around for the long run. My course is a year and i would ideally like someone who could commit to this duration. Following the completion of my PGCE year will be an additional year of my NQT course so potentially this individual would be interested in this role as a long term prospect.

My course is set to be quite high intensity. I really want someone who is hoping to become apart of our family, the kids will need that sort of bond in order to cope with my absence. Naturally I feel quite anxious and guilty about the course and so I need to be reassured that the children are in loving hands.

I really need someone who is flexible, ideally a driver....I will have umpteenth assignments and lesson plans, course work, readings and revision to do. Therefore I will need someone who doesn’t mind pulling their sleeves up and taking the reigns when necessary.
It is a big decision for me to decide to go back to studies with such a young family. But we are eager to push our careers forward to benefit our young up and coming family in the long term.
My main objective is for my children to be happy and well behaved.

Pay - negotiable - happy to pay good rate for the right person

Also happy to do a job share (someone for mornings and someone for evenings) but would prefer one person ideally!
