Just someone who come along and help with the regular jobs at hand. We are a traditional family with needs-two sets of twins! As a mum, I'm in this position 24/7, I therefore need a reliable, trustworthy person who can give me the opportunity to leave the house and not worry about it. We've worked with people in the past with very little experience and I don't mind that, although it is nice if somebody understands a hectic household!
