Kate, offer part-time childcare in Parkstone BH14 for the 1 September 2022

We are looking for an experienced nanny/childminder to collect our two children; boy aged 4 and girl aged 6 from Lilliput School every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon at 3pm. The nanny will stay with the children until 6pm.

Duties will be to pick the children up from school at 3pm and take them to the park or any scheduled classes (for example swimming), eventually settling at the house and feeding the children dinner. In addition to this, we would like someone that would be willing to keep the kitchen and key family areas tidy and help do the children's laundry.

The boy starts reception in September but won’t be going full time until the 3rd week of September so there would be an opportunity for increased hours at the start of September if the nanny is available. There may also be an opportunity for additional hours over the school holidays but this is to be discussed and is not a deal breaker.

We are looking for someone who can form a bond with the children and stay with them long term. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced, reliable and safe, but also very warm, fun and loving. She should have strong organisational skills. Must be a driver with own car and a full, clean driving licence. Must hold a current clean DBS police check and paediatric first aid certificate with excellent checkable references. Interviews to be held ASAP.

Working hours:

Tuesday and Thursday 3-6pm

Rate: £13-15 gross per hour depending on experience
