Carer Financial Emoluments:
Initially I am happy to pay you directly up to £10.50 per hour as your self-employed services to make sure, if you are happy to continue providing services for my son.
Subsequently you will need to go through formal PAYE employment (via Leonard Cheshire), where your pay will increase to gross £12.25 per hour (subjected to further NI deductions). We have received funding from the Council and hence the formal employment approach.
Carer previous work experience:
• There is an expectation that you have dealt with autistic children in the past in some form or other.
