Looking for a many during office hours - tue wed & thu, every week for 11 months

Hi There

The baby (boy) is due July 23rd - i'll have to go back to work 4-6 weeks later. We'd like a nanny to care for our child at our home 20 hours per week - tues, wed, the every week. The post will be the same each week and will complete after 11 months.
Newborn experience necessary, even if its the Nannys own children/grand children.
The nanny would need a car and driving license - to travel here each day and to take the baby to groups/swimming etc. Daily stimulation and development (away from the home) is important to us. We will pay for all expenses, membership fees etc.
We are also keen to exercise the Gina Ford Contended Baby routine with the baby, as we did our 17 month old who has slept through from 12 weeks and is a very happy little soul! He is now at nursery so doesn't need care. The Nanny doesn't need experience of Gina Ford, or knowledge of it, just be happy to adhere to our instructions on sleep/awake/feed times and feed amounts.
Ofsted registration is required and of course DBS checks (to cover criminal history and child safety). A new scheme called Tax Free Childcare has now launched which means we get 20% of the Nannys fees paid for. The Nanny will need to add themselves to this if not on the register already. Its quick and easy if the Nanny is already Ofsted registered. I can help once appointed.
Fun loving and activity driven Nannys will be favoured.
Absolute reliability is required - advance knowledge of time off/holidays will be requested.

Look forward to hearing from you.
