Rue, offering childcare in Quedgeley GL2

Hi I'm looking for childcare for my two bambino! I'm trying to find out a bit more about the pros and cons if any of having a Nanny over a childminder! One will be going to nursery and will be aged 3 and the other is just under 1. The 3 year old will need picking up and dropping of from school/nursery. And have the younger sibling for the rest of the day! Ideally I would prefer if the kids were cared for at our home as it means the start to the day is a bit more relaxed and not rushed or manic.

It will be once a week I'm pretty flexible as to which day in the week but mid week would be ideal! I look forward to hearing from you
