I am an outgoing, kind and caring 21 year old lady who has worked with children of all ages from 16 years of age. I hold a level 3 diploma in child care, with different courses including better reading partnership and behaviour management. I have experience of special needs both behavioural and learning difficulties. I take a child-orientated approach when at my work and I find this beneficial for the kids. I have experience in the following settings: home care, nursery, daycare and primary school.
