Nicky, OFSTED childminder - CF44 Penderyn

I am a 17 year old female who is always enthusiastic and eager in what I do. My parents are childminders themselves and so I have some experience with children from months old to 5 years old. I have three brothers of my own aged 18 and twins who have recently turned 12. I have cared for my brothers from when they were younger, family (Cousins) and the children of friends. I do not have loads of experience with children but am happy to learn. I can help to carry out tasks around the house for example the ironing, preparing the food and cooking, washing, etc. My qualities are that I am a caring and enthusiastic young woman who works hard in the things I do. I am firm but fair and will always listen to what people have to say. I do my best to create solutions where everyone will be happy. I have plenty of games and ideas to keep the children occupied and happy. I am able to help with school work, although with secondary work it depends on the subject as some I am not so strong in.
