I believe children should have as much physical activity as possible. I believe it would start them off for a healthier future. Also, I am a firm believer in healthy eating and enjoy preparing the meals myself rather that buying ready made meals with additives. I also believe in education and reading stories to young children so there imagination can get to work. I am educated to university level but did not finish my degree.
