Heather, OFSTED childminder in Thornhill

My name is Heather and I live in Thornhill Stirlingshire with my Husband and two children age 11 and 8 years.

I aim to provide a happy, safe stimulating environment enabling you as a parent to feel relaxed and confident when leaving your child in my care and enabling your child to learn through play and to feel at home in their surroundings.

I have a large private enclosed garden for children to enjoy and plenty of toys and games for each age group.

I use many local amenities, eg Baby and Toddler Groups, library bus, Soft play, parks etc. Activities are well planned, safety assessed and appropriate for each child’s age and stage of development

The children will socialise with other childminders and their children.

My Experience
I am a member of the Scottish childminding association and am registered with the Scottish Care inspectorate (SCSWIS) and have completed several training courses including First Aid, Basic food hygiene and child protection.
My most recent inspection by the The Care Commission awarded my service a Very Good (Grade 5)

Normal working hours are Monday-Friday 07.00hrs-18.00hrs
